Every one of the 18 amounts on this page was read from the provider's own pricing page and the sources are listed further down, so any number here can be checked against the vendor. We publish the list, the average and the median rather than a single headline figure, because one number hides how wide the range is: $7.00/mo to $129.00/mo is a factor of 18.4.
Why is the tool I searched for missing from this list?
Because we have not measured it. This page carries 18 providers and nothing else: if a tool is not on the list, it means nobody here has read its pricing page and recorded the amount, not that it is unavailable or free. We would rather leave a tool off than publish a guess, since a single estimated figure would make the other 18 worth no more than a guess too. Prices are list prices on the billing term each provider names. Where we have measured a separate renewal price we show it on the tool's page; for the SEO tools in this index we have not measured one yet, so no renewal figure appears here.
Methodology
For every provider we track, we take the lowest paid monthly price (the realistic entry price) and report the average, the median, and the cheapest and most expensive across the 18 options that sell a paid plan. Free tiers are excluded from the paid average.
Of the 18 providers, 6 price in a currency other than USD. The average and the median above are therefore expressed in USD, converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of 2026-09-01 (1.159 USD per EUR). Every individual price in the table is left exactly as its provider charges it, in that provider’s own currency, and is never converted.
Prices are guide prices verified periodically and can change with promotions, which is why we plan to re-measure them automatically and keep the history. The full series is in the machine-readable feed.
