The honest 2026 assessment: the link index and keyword data have fallen behind Ahrefs and Semrush, the interface feels its age, and under iContact/Ziff Davis ownership the innovation pace slowed. Loyalists with established workflows lose little by staying; new buyers at this price point usually choose better elsewhere.
